Refund policy


DASEO Refund & Exchange Policy

At DASEO, we hope every piece you receive fits and moves with you perfectly. However, if something is not quite right, you may request an exchange or a refund in the form of store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. Store credit can be used toward your next purchase on our website.


Please note

  • We do not provide pick-up services for returns or exchanges. Kindly use a trusted courier with a tracking number, as DASEO is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. If DASEO incurs additional charges, these will be deducted from the store credit issued.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached.
  • Returns and exchanges are permitted once per order only.
  • Items purchased through promotions, discount vouchers, flash sales, or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered.
  • Video proof is required for any complaint or defective item claim.
  • All return shipping fees, including the reshipping of exchanged items, are borne by the customer.
  • A valid receipt is required for all return and exchange requests.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, perfumed, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • A Return & Exchange Form must be downloaded, completed, and included with your return package.


Refunds

  • Products must be shipped back within 7 days after the returned application form has been submitted.
  • Refunds are issued only as store credit at the original purchase price of the returned item(s).
  • Store credit is valid for one transaction only and must be used within 6 months from the date it is issued.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds do not apply to sale items, including purchases made with discount vouchers, flash sales, or final sale items.
  • For international customers, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance regarding customs or tax-related refunds.


Exchanges

  • Products must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original DASEO tag attached.
  • Exchanges are not available for sale items, including those purchased during promotions or final sale, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.


Processing Time

Returns and exchanges may take up to 10 working days to process once your package has reached us. If it has been longer, please contact our Customer Service team with proof of return (such as a collection receipt, drop-off slip, or tracking number).
