By creating an account or subscribing to our updates, you will enjoy a faster checkout experience and receive exclusive news from DASEO. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. All personal information is handled with respect for your privacy.


Order Processing

Please note that we do not accept reservations for our products.
DASEO reserves the right to decline an order in cases of incomplete payment validation, discrepancies in account information, or product unavailability due to system errors. In such situations, any completed payment will be refunded in full.


Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Prices may be updated or adjusted without prior notice.


Product Presentation

We take great care to present our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings and displays, product colors may appear slightly different in person.


Payment & Confirmation

  • Payment must be completed within 12 hours after checkout.
  • An invoice with order details will be sent to your registered email.
  • For bank transfer payments, confirmation is required through our website or Customer Service. Please keep your order ID for reference.
  • Payments made through credit card or virtual account do not require additional confirmation.
  • Orders that are not paid within the stated timeframe will automatically expire, and product availability cannot be guaranteed if reordered.


Returns & Exchanges

  • DASEO does not provide pick-up services for returns or exchanges.
  • Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Intellectual Property

All content on the DASEO website — including images, designs, text, logos, software, and code is the property of DASEO. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

DASEO cannot guarantee that the website will always be completely error-free or free from viruses. We recommend maintaining updated security software.
